Women's Sports Medicine Research

Dr. Elizabeth Matzkin, Chief of Women’s Sports Medicine has developed a robust research program with primary research interests involving sex differences in musculoskeletal medicine. Her clinical research has focused on patient reported outcome measures on topics including rotator cuff tears, labral tears, ACL injuries, meniscus tears and the female athlete triad.
