Natalie Lowenstein
Clinical Research Coordinator
Natalie Lowenstein joined Dr. Elizabeth Matzkin and the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Service in June of 2019 after earning a B.S. in Biopsychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship at Tufts University. Natalie has played sports all her life, was a member of the Tufts Women’s Rowing Team and U19 Israel Lacrosse Team. Currently she enjoys skiing, surfing, yoga, and running. Her participation in sports and overcoming sports injuries strengthened her interest in orthopaedics and sports medicine. She supports Dr. Elizabeth Matzkin with her robust clinical research program, focused on patient outcomes, quality improvement, sex differences in orthopaedics, and patient satisfaction. She recently earned her MPH through Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Natalie will begin medical school at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in the Summer of 2023, and is excited to have Jillian Mazzocca taking over her role for Dr. Matzkin.
